Delivery & Returns

We deliver to the UK Mainland, UK Islands, BFPO Adresses, Northern Ireland, Europe, and Rest of The World.

We send the majority of orders on a Hermes Tracked 3-5 Working Days Service, which is reliable and usually delivers within 2-3 working days. Small items that are considered to be a Royal Mail Large Letter Size will be sent on a Royal Mail 2nd Class Service (2-3 Working Days Delivery Time). Orders placed with delivery to UK Islands, BFPO Addresses and Northern Ireland will be sent on a Royal Mail 2nd Class Service.

If you require orders more quickly, we offer a Standard Expedited delivery service for £5.99. Depending on the size/weight of the item products will either be sent on a Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service or a DPD 1-2 day service.

We make every effort to ensure that orders will be delivered within the specified time frame, however we cannot guarantee delivery within that time frame or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame or for failed deliveries. Please note that for orders with delivery to remote locations such as the UK Islands, delivery time may take longer.

International orders will be sent via the by Royal Mail International Tracked (3-7 Working Days) depending on the selection that you make when processing your order with us.

All orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day and you will be notified by us when this has taken place.

If you wish to return your purchase because it is not suitable or simply no longer required, please return the item(s) back to us in the original unused condition within 30 days of receipt.  Returns are expected to be sent back to us in suitable outer packaging, making sure to include a copy of your packing note with a brief explanation for the return and whether you require a refund or an exchange of item.

Please note that returning your item is your responsibility in terms of both cost and security.

Upon receiving the item(s), we will make an inspection and if approved will process a refund/exchange of item as requested. An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of the item and also to confirm that the refund/exchange has been processed.
